During the summer of 2016, I taught Creative Writing at EXPLO at Yale, an academic summer boarding program. During the second semester of the program, the Journalism and Print class responsible for creating a student literary magazine was cancelled due to low enrollment. Students in writing classes were deeply disappointed they would not be given the opportunity to showcase their work. In response, I spent my free hours creating QUENCH, a student literary magazine that showcases  the work of not only my Creative Writing Students, but the work of students across all English and writing classes in addition to students in a variety of art, fashion, and interior design courses.
